Responsibilities & Context

• As a Quality Auditor you are expected to drive & lead pre-production meetings & follow up on the required necessary actions as per the TNA plan. • Take complete ownership & be accountable for the orders executed in the factories that will be in your account. • Chase & adhere to the timelines, bulk fabric in-house dates, production start date, production end date, inspection plans, different lab tests that may be prerequisites for approving final inspections, etc. • Must be able to manage, control & secure product quality as well as ensure that the processes, routines & systems are strictly followed by the production teams. • Independently conduct inspections as per AQL standards at different stages such as PP, size sets, pilot run, in-line, finishing, pre-final, finals, etc. • As QA you will be responsible for ensuring smooth & swift execution of the orders as per the buyer’s specifications, guidelines & suggestions as applicable. • You also need to have strong communication & coordination with the concerned merchandisers within the team as well as at the factories. • On the production floor, you will be expected to closely observe & foresee problems in production. • Discuss inline & end-line findings with relevant personnel & take necessary & timely actions to resolve & be a problem solver. • Provide guidance & training to factories production & QA teams. • Monitor the processes, gaps & see the opportunities to improve. • Scope for improvement & opportunities must to discussed with team & top management for implementation. • Manage any other need-based tasks assigned to you by management as per company requirements.
