Responsibilities & Context

  • To prepare of short-term, mid-term and long-term sales and promotional expenses forecasts on assigned portfolio.
  • To prepare of marketing plans for assigned product groups including existing and new products.
  • To prepare of promotional materials of assigned products.
  • To co-ordination of the development works on new products / line extension of assigned portfolio.
  • To generate of innovative ideas to change improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
  • To Develop and preparation of product manuals and training manuals for the assigned portfolio.
  • To Train sales team on assigned new and existing products.
  • To visit key personnel of DAE and other customers over the country to develop relationship with them and exchange ideas to earn feedback on assigned products.
  • To monitor of the sales against the target and devising appropriate strategies and plans to meet sales forecast of assigned product range.
  • To dispatch of RSM/ASM/TO/SA wise promotional materials of each quarter.
  • To collect market information and prepare and co-ordination with regulatory affairs for their product registration.
  • To monitor competitor products in terms of product itself, efficacy, pack size, packing materials, pack design, pricing, etc. and take decision of our existing & incoming products.
  • To develop and execute brand building exercise for major product/ group.
  • To Prepare and submit a draft sales budget within mid Oct of each year for the next year.
  • To execute the following analysis.
  • a. Projection Vs achievement of sales during the period.
  • b. Achievement over budget during the period.
  • c. Growth over same period last year. (SPLY)
  • d. Market share taken from which brand and causes.
  • e. Expected retention volume after with drawl of program.
  • f. GP analysis budgeted, projected and actual.
  • g. Probable promotional program for rest of the period.
  • To Monitoring of promotional program actual Vs projected.
  • To co-ordination with the cross functional department regarding RM, PM, ROFO etc.
  • To maintain of rational stock of RM and PM.
  • To Execute of any other work assigned by the superior.
