- Knowledge about Content Marketing, Media Buying and Planning and, in both Meta, and Google platforms.
- Strong leadership qualities coupled with a deep understanding of the market.
- Positive attitude and adeptness in working within a team environment.

Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing digital media strategies that are in alignment with our overarching marketing goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing digital media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives.
- Managing and overseeing various digital marketing campaigns, encompassing online advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Leading and supervising a team of skilled digital marketing experts, including social media managers, content creators, and email marketing specialists.
- Utilizing data analysis to assess the efficacy of digital media campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as sales, creative, and product development to ensure that digital strategies seamlessly integrate with our business objectives.
- Staying well-informed about the latest trends and technologies in the digital media landscape, and implementing relevant tools and strategies to enhance campaigns.
- Efficiently managing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with external partners, such as media agencies, influencers, and vendors.
- Ensuring that all digital media content adheres to brand standards, maintains accuracy, and meets quality benchmarks.
- Continuously monitoring industry dynamics and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats.
- Utilizing analytics and data insight tools to extract meaningful information, providing actionable recommendations to refine digital strategies and enhance overall performance.
