Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or a related field from a reputable public or private university.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Immigration/Visa Processing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within industries like Ad Agencies, Edtech, IT, Service-based, or Group of Companies.
  • Certification on Digital Marketing, Meta, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other tools.
  • Must be experienced with Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Remarketing and Retargeting ads.
  • Knowledge about Content Marketing, Media Buying and Planning and, in both Meta, and Google platforms.
  • Strong leadership qualities coupled with a deep understanding of the market.
  • Positive attitude and adeptness in working within a team environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, managerial, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities along with proficient analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Capable of excelling in a deadline-driven work environment.

Job Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing digital media strategies that are in alignment with our overarching marketing goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing digital media strategies that align with our overall marketing objectives.
  • Managing and overseeing various digital marketing campaigns, encompassing online advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Leading and supervising a team of skilled digital marketing experts, including social media managers, content creators, and email marketing specialists.
  • Utilizing data analysis to assess the efficacy of digital media campaigns, using insights to refine and optimize ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as sales, creative, and product development to ensure that digital strategies seamlessly integrate with our business objectives.
  • Staying well-informed about the latest trends and technologies in the digital media landscape, and implementing relevant tools and strategies to enhance campaigns.
  • Efficiently managing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with external partners, such as media agencies, influencers, and vendors.
  • Ensuring that all digital media content adheres to brand standards, maintains accuracy, and meets quality benchmarks.
  • Continuously monitoring industry dynamics and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats.
  • Utilizing analytics and data insight tools to extract meaningful information, providing actionable recommendations to refine digital strategies and enhance overall performance.
  • Implementing effective SEO strategies to optimize website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Managing and updating the company’s websites regularly, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content following SEO best practices, in collaboration with the web development team.
