Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate with Product Design & Development team, and Sample Development team for development of new styles as per corporate sales order.
- Book necessary fabrics and trims & accessories items as per process on due time.
- Ensure all the necessary materials are in housed on time.
- Communicate with factory about production status and queries.
- Identify production and supply difficulties and mitigate as required and accordingly.
- Help preparing warehousing and stock plans as per production plan.
- Regular follow-up with all the external and internal cross-functional teams, including other SBUs to handover the products on time.
- Transparent communication with external providers regarding billing process.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
