Additional Requirements

Able to work irregular hours to attend and ensure timely operation is in compliance to charter party.

Sound knowledge & experience on charter party, recap terms, preparation of other related documentation, lay time calculation, fixing agent, fuel management, International shipping laws and maritime clauses related to carriage of goods by sea act.
Responsible for maintaining on going mother vessel operation & oversee onboard vessel cargo discharging operations.
Monitor discharging operation from mother at Chittagong & Mongla port.
Co-operate with chief officer/ master of the mother vessel and making proper plan regard the discharging operation & reports accordingly.
Supervise loading activities of lighter vessel through proper monitoring.
Ensure for cargo discharging on board all types of equipment, sealing materials, stevedore people are prepared properly.
Monitor the smooth discharging procedure with all mother vessel equipment like crane, cargo holds, vessel generator supply etc. are maintaining properly.
Good cooperation with stevedore supervisor and instructed them for proper discharging to release the mother vessel within safe time.
Maintaining daily discharging report, check DDR with stevedore supervisor, noted all breakdown, and put on DDR.
Ensure every information are put on Final SOF before sailing the mother vessel.
Ensure all safety measures of vessels and cargo operation.
Any other shipping & chartering related tasks assigned by the Management.
