Additional Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in security, operations and/or customer service. Former defense services personnel will have added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

  • This position is responsible for the overall management of an operational branch responsible to render security services to clients, to provide leadership by implementing company policies and guidelines. Formulate and execute plans to enable the branch to attain its operations and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of branch business and supervisions and ensuring the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Direct and control the resources of the branch, maintaining control and performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines prescribed by the company.
  • Coordinate with sales team to get new business and to keep existing business.
  • Supervision of collections of service charges to attain operational cash flow target.
  • Implement HSE policies within the area of responsibilities and guide the operational team to ensure a zero harm environment.
  • Ensure implementation of organizational rules and regulations.
  • maintaining customer relations.
  • Monitor and drive the different teams under the responsibilities to deliver expected customer service.
  • Incident and consequence management accordingly company policy.
  • Driving the team to maintain HSE issues implementation and ensure the HR guidelines are followed.
  • Making complex decisions apply analytics and deliver operational plans.
  • Assuring effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality services as well as resolving customer complaints and customers’ queries.
  • Develop collaborative relationships, Provide expertise, technical guidance and training to ensure effective security services are carried out with sensitivity to country and cultural variety.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with emergency responders which includes but is not limited to, country law enforcement, fire specialists and medical first care providers.
  • Generating new ideas to improve efficiency and productivity of security services.
  • Monitor and maintain branch operating costs within the budget.
  • In collaboration with the zone In-Charges, develop action plans to mitigate security risks to the client’s assets, while still maintaining a high level of operational and technical processes.
  • Any other task assigned.
