  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR, Admin, Compliance, EHS, Health & Safety, Environment and Occupational Health.
  • Good knowledge about BLL, BLR, SMETA, BSCI, SLCP, Higg FEM, Buyer COC, ECC law, BNBC, RSC, Nirapon, NFPA.
  • Capable of working on datasheets/ checklists/ reports prepare in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail communication.
  • Skills: Punctual, Transparent, Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Analytical ability

Responsibilities & Context

We are the leading 100% export-oriented company, manufacturers of packaging items for the garment export industry. We are offering to apply for the position of Assistant Manager – HR, Admin & Compliance for our company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & review -Admin, HR, Compliance, Health, Safety, Environment manual, related procedures, guidelines, forms, and checklists following the HHS & E policy/guidelines and assist plan management for its implementation.
  • Maintain & prepare documents as requirement and ensure HR, Admin and Compliance practices in the factory.
  • Managing and recruiting connected with Human Resources Planning, Organogram, Job Description, Advertisement, Interview, Selection, Placement, Personal File etc.
  • Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within the deadline.
  • Ensure good housekeeping and existing firefighting arrangement of the factory according to all legal requirements & perform with the management for necessary remedial action if required
  • Monitor all operational processes and procedures to ensure the compliance with complying all relevant rules and regulations.
  • Perform a Training Need Analysis (TNA), train and educate staff on Admin, HR & Compliance issue and keep them informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines and maintain training records.
  • Prepare internal audit plan, conduct internal audit as per schedule and report to management regarding the improvement of the system.
