Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service with IT background, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for CIM’s programs.
  • Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content for various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and the website. Ensure content aligns with our brand voice and educational objectives.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and analyze their effectiveness to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Develop strategies to grow followers and enhance user interaction.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal marketing team and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts. Manage relationships with offshore agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Apply insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
