Looking for Project Engineer (Civil – Residential/ Commercial/ High rise Apartment Building)

Job Responsibilities:

Entire quality control/technical supervision of high rise building construction including basement construction
Site supervision activities, including monitoring, reporting and verification of work done
Contract management
Position require prepare and modify construction details, specifications according to site conditions
Prepare schedule of daily/ monthly/ yearly work program for timely completion of project.
Prepare detail estimate, the quantity of materials required for successful completion of project.
Check requisition for materials needed in phase wise, ensure that the project is no way hampered for scarcity of material.
Scrutinize the bill submitted by the suppliers, contractors, ensuring the quality/quantity supplied commensurate with the estimated amount.
