Responsibilities & Context
Job description:
- Taking order clarification from the buyer and proceeding accordingly
- Arranging all sampling approval from the buyer and passing that to the concerned Factories
- Making PPT of monthly New orders
- Analyze and sort out all possible problems by discussing with vendors and the technical team
- Collect feedback from the buyer to ensure all possible solutions and make preventive action plans.
- Sending Po’s to the concerned factory and updating the Master Order Tracking Chart accordingly.
- Order all trims as per the approved BOM and in-house as per the PCD
- Maintain a good relationship with suppliers
- Making Sales Contracts & sending to the factory
- Follow up all sampling
- Making each style production File with the approved paper pattern, technical notes, approved samples, trim cards, and bulk shades for the QA Team
- Perform other duties as required.
