- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Restaurant software (3S) or similar Software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Good Looking, Smartness, Well Behavior, Energetic must need.
Responsibilities & Context
- Greet, welcome, and check in new guests, Inform guests of policies during the check-in process.
- Monitor guest’s visitors in the café.
- Maintain and update records of financial transactions including daily sales, expenses & supplier payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and submit them to senior management for review.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely billing and collection of payments.
- Help guests access the internet and WIFI.
- Maintain records of all incoming guests, compute guests’ bills and post charges.
