Responsibilities & Context

Community Moderation:

  • Monitor and manage online community interactions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure that all interactions align with community guidelines and company policies.
  • Respond to user inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and report any inappropriate content or behavior.
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment within the community.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Manage and maintain customer databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Track and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Assist in developing and executing customer retention strategies.
