Responsibilities & Context

WiseTrip you will manage and oversee high-level travel arrangements for corporate executives, VIP clients, and high-net-worth individuals. This role requires a blend of luxury travel expertise, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle complex travel itineraries with precision. You will be responsible for curating bespoke travel experiences, ensuring seamless logistics, and delivering a premium level of service that aligns with WiseTrip reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

High-Level Client Consultation

  • Engage with executive and VIP clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and objectives.
  • Provide tailored travel recommendations and expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information and travel plans.

Customized Travel Planning and Itinerary Management

  • Design and manage complex travel itineraries that include flights, luxury accommodations, private transfers, and exclusive activities.
  • Coordinate with luxury travel suppliers, private jet charters, and high-end service providers to secure premium travel arrangements.
  • Ensure all bookings are meticulously managed, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

VIP-Level Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive clients, providing round-the-clock support and assistance.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address any potential issues or changes in travel plans.
  • Ensure a seamless travel experience by managing all aspects of the journey, from departure to return.

Relationship Management and Client Retention

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s travel preferences and history to offer personalized services.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and encourage repeat business through exceptional service delivery.

Sales and Strategic Growth

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, such as travel insurance, concierge services, and exclusive experiences.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of WiseTrip Senior executive travel segment by identifying new business opportunities and client prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored packages and promotional offers for high-end clients.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

  • Oversee the execution of travel arrangements, ensuring all services meet WiseTrip standards of quality and luxury.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, luxury travel offerings, and global travel regulations.
  • Ensure all travel plans comply with legal and health requirements, particularly for international travel.
