Job Summary:

Responsibilities & Context:

  • Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is collected
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and employment history
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute ideas.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices.
