Requirements
Education
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities & Context
- To take care of the Maintenance & Utility department of an entire branch containing food plant & others.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of Food Plant & Accessory machinery and equipment used in the factory.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and operating efficiently.
- To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all kinds of accessories machinery & operating efficiently.
- Schedule maintenance of process Generator, Compressor, Utility machinery and Sub Station Monthly/Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery problems to minimize downtime.
- Implement necessary modifications to improve machine performance and productivity.
- Conduct technical audits in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure all machinery meets compliance requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of machine parts and their functions.
- Oversee the inventory and procurement of necessary machine parts.
- Manage the maintenance workshop, ensuring it is well-organized and equipped to handle all maintenance tasks.
- Supervise workshop staff and ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Provide regular maintenance reports to management, highlighting issues, solutions, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid unexpected breakdowns and extend the lifespan of machinery.
- Lead and motivate the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance staff.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are Implemented without compromising quality.
- Do any other job assigned by the Higher authority.
