Job Context
We are looking for a dynamic energetic and creative Assistant Manager (AutoCAD),to be will be responsible for designing new buildings, extensions, renovations, interior design and renovations.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing
Prepare all types of working drawings
RAJUK/RDA/CHU drawing and FAR Analysis
Maintain, organize, and archive projects.
Prepare Civil and Architectural Design & Drawing by using latest version AutoCAD software.
Must have knowledge 2D/3D design
ProperlyBuilding code research.
Estimate, Costing & Quotation Prepare.
Any other related job to be assigned by management from time to time
