To arrange newspaper delivery through agents at all district and upazila levels of Bangladesh.

To arrange delivery of newspapers to every Center and Stalls through Hawkers and Kollan Associations in Dhaka.
At the end of the month send the Agents Bill copy, collect the bill and entry this bill properly in the software.
Daily collection of bills from Hawkers and Kollan Associations in Dhaka and entry this bill properly in the software.
Provide Daily and Monthly work report to the Management.
Making print orders as per the demands of the Newspaper and making labels as per the print orders and ensure reach at the press on time.
To monitor the delivery of newspaper bundles at the right place and on time through mail peons delivery from the press and to maintain regular contact with the transport owners.
To keep in touch with the supervisors and distributors of the centers of hawkers and welfare associations of Dhaka and to keep up to date with the arrival and saler.
Checking receipt of newspapers at Newspaper Stalls and reporting this to Higher Authorities.
To check courtesy copies distribution are going properly and to maintain regular contact with Bit Supervisors and Bit Peons.
Communicates with Mafassal Agents to collect all types of outstanding bills.
