Responsibilities & Context
- – Well-versed in Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Labor Rules 2015, including the latest amendments.
- – Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding.
- – Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
- – Assist with the implementation of labor laws and regulations.
- – Contribute to employee engagement and organizational development activities.
- – Work with line managers and HR heads to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- – Support the employee performance management process and prepare necessary appraisal documents.
- – Handle the issuance of employee ID cards, SIM cards, and business cards.
- – Maintain accurate employee records, including personal files and HR databases.
- – Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.
