Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company’s revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s biomedical equipment and stay updated on the latest technologies and advancements in the field.
  • Provide technical support and product training to the sales team and clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of the equipment.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for expanding the company’s market share.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to recommend improvements in product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry standards that may impact sales and product compliance.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights into sales performance and market trends.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress toward targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, providing guidance and helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
