Responsibilities & Context
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting in talent acquisition and talent development in line with the set strategies of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with department/unit heads, assess headcount requirement against budget and process talent acquisition in line with talent acquisition guideline of the organization.
- Hire right candidates with right competencies within set TAT following talent acquisition policy and guideline of the organization.
- Ensure impactful and positive employer branding through our website, different social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn etc. following IPDC guideline.
- Create strong affiliation with different renowned universities through job fair, career talks, session and by any other innovative means.
- Ensure identification of critical roles and HiPos of responsible department, identify development needs and ensure implementation of their development plans every year.
- Ensure identification of successors for critical roles in discussion with department heads, identify their development needs in consultation with department heads and ensure implementation of development plans every year.
- Assist to execute development plans for potential and existing leaders of the organization.
- Responsible for management of data analytics of talent acquisition & development and suggest suitable remedies for future improvement in line with the set strategies of the organization.
