- Minimum 05 years of general experience in planning, design, monitoring, operation/maintenance and implementation of Water projects.
- Knowledge on program design and project cycle management

- Performance management and staff development skills
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English & Bengali.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expansion of pipe water grids in designated locations.
- Supervision of existing water supply operations.
- Oversight of Regional Officers and Community Marketing Representatives (CMRs).
- Coordination of community engagement and site preparation activities.
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support for water-related issues and operational activities.
