- Should have around 12 years of experience in branch banking with Corporate / Commercial / Retail banking exposure, with at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager;
- Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support real-time business decision making in large commercial banks;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers and navigate a complex organization;
- Ability to build relationships across a large, complex organization and influence key decision-makers;
- Customer-centricity, result-oriented and self-propelled;
- Ability to lead a dynamic team, capability to meet deadlines and keen to develop others.

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, guide and monitor the branches under specific regions and achieve set business target of the bank;
- Ensure internal/external policy, procedure and guidelines and promote a strict culture of compliance;
- Maintain top of line Customer Experience and grow relationships with customers;
- Take initiatives for increasing Customer Wallet with the bank;
- Retain and improve the portfolio quality through active collaboration with Collection Units;
- Guide the area managers/branch managers to meet objectives and goals;
- Responsible to oversee the performance and play the role of a ‘Coach’ for the employee in the region;
- Ensuring the right kind of support to grow the business of SME, Emerging Corporate, Transaction Banking and Retail Banking;
- Collaborate and create a development mindset for the branches to look for new business opportunities in specific areas;
- Lead the digital transformation and progress with every initiative of the bank;
- Oversee performance appraisal of all officials in the region.
