Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas.Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate and test design solutions.
Visual Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
Interaction Design: Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications. Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals. Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs. Implement data-driven design changes based on user feedback.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
