Additional Requirements

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on international markets.

• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted.

• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads and ensure accurate reporting.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.

• Participate in strategy meetings to align lead generation activities with overall company goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a BPO environment.

• Proven experience in dealing with foreign clients and understanding international market dynamics.

• Strong knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
