Multimode is a diversified organization in several industries such as manufacturing, information technology, agriculture, textile, trading and distribution, insurance, hospitality etc. We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented candidate for the following post for urgent recruitment for one of our associate “Women Entrepreneurs Association of Bangladesh (WEAB)”: –

  • Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

  • Must have knowledge and work experience in NGO/Development Sector
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Provide excellent customer service.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Responding to certain mails, preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc. of Vice-Chairman of the Group.
  • Filing, record keeping, and documentation.
  • Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local and international.
  • Contact with different Embassies/Govt. or non-Govt. offices for any official program.
  • Maintain event/meeting calendar.
  • Assist in maintaining all schedules, appointments & Travel arrangements of Vice-Chairman.
  • Maintain all confidential files, with particular reference.
