Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in merchandising software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel for sourcing, vendor meetings, and market research.

Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the right products with quality and on-time delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and onboard new customers to drive organizational growth.
Collaborate with design and product development teams to create innovative and market-appropriate product lines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers; negotiate terms and conditions to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
Oversee the sales planning and inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning.
Lead and mentor the merchandising team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
Develop and manage budgets for merchandising activities, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability.
Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, production, and logistics, to ensure a seamless operation from concept to consumer.
Prepare and present regular reports on merchandising performance, including sales, inventory, and financial metrics.
