Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the designated department (OT, ICU, Dialysis, Indoor).
- Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist with surgical procedures, if applicable.
- Manage patient care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- BSC or Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (BNMC) license.
- 2-5 years of experience in the relevant department (OT, ICU, Dialysis, Indoor).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented.
- Willingness to work Roaster Duty, including weekends and holidays.
