- Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
- Ability to work in a team

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify the target market and develop new businesses to enrich the bank’s business portfolio and seek growth opportunities
- Increase the customer base in the Government Relations segment
- Achieve targets in terms of building assets and liabilities outlined in the role
- Communicate effectively with customers and potential customers to identify sales opportunities
- Ensure high-quality services and responses to customers and stakeholders
- Build and leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client’s wallet
- Capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
- Actively participate in digital activation of the customers assigned
- Communicate with respective business channels or customers to reduce NPL
- Ensure high levels of customer retention through effective customer relationship management
- Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to recommend improvements in the business process or strategy
