We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator who can supervise and maintain day to day outlet activities, oversees online sales to ensure better customer service. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales & accounts
- Oversees online sales and marketing strategies, product merchandising and website management
- Address, resolve customer concerns, Explain products and prices
- Coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment
- Ensure to build & maintain relationships with each customer.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing customer service
- Employee Management, coordinate with the management.
- Stock maintenance, weekly stock information update to head office.
- Supervise and maintain day to day outlet activities.
- Develop sales plans & budgets & organizing, controlling & monitoring outlets all activities.
- Attend sales promotional activities
- Arranging & displaying products as per plan
- Adherence to rules & regulations regarding cleanliness in the workplace
- Increase sales by informing customers about offers and promotions
- Product sourcing, update & online sale
