Responsibilities & Context

The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive is the first point of contact in an office, responsible for greeting visitors, managing calls and emails, and performing clerical tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and guiding them appropriately.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and records.
  • Receiving, screening, answering, and forwarding phone calls.
  • Monitoring front desk operations.
  • Ensuring data of employee movements in and out of the office.
  • Assisting in meeting arrangements and organizing catering.
  • Performing any other jobs as assigned.
