- 12+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success in the health sector (Pharmaceuticals sales / Hospital / Diagnostic sales).
- Capable to lead a nationwide sales team and able to achieve company sales target, company objectives and goals.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales processes in Bangladesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
Responsibilities & Context
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with AKS Healthcare’s business objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
- Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Use market insights to develop and refine sales strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
Sales Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure that the sales team provides excellent customer service and maintains high standards of professionalism.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor sales expenses and ensure they are within budgetary constraints.
- Report on sales revenue, profit margins, and other financial metrics to senior management.
