Responsibilities & Context
* Develop & implement a marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback·
*Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products·
*Undertake all activities regarding new product launching·
*Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management·
*Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned products·
*Analyze sales- Rx performance to review the marketing plan·
*Formulate annual budget for assigned products·
* Conduct monthly sales meetings/conferences & CME·
*Frequently doctor and field visits for field development·
*Train the field force on assigned products
