Responsibilities & Context
Arrow Footwear Limited is a renowned footwear manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products in a 100% compliance factory. Join our dynamic team as a Production Executive – PVC Injection!
- Prepare monthly production plan considering requirement, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meeting sales indent.
- Execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily production process with a view to ensure maximum service level as per KPI.
- Maintenance of QC protocol as directed by the authority.
- Coordination with production and other departments.
- Analyze and make multi reports on weekly, monthly basis including production status and production flow.
- Ensure on time smooth delivery.
- Manage, Lead, motivate and mentor production team workers, leaders and supervisors.
- Any other task assigned by management.
