  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer loyalty programs and strategic partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management capabilities.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities & Context

Growth Strategy and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote loyalty programs and partnerships to existing and potential customers.
  • Work closely with the brand management team to ensure all loyalty and partnership initiatives are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions, to drive engagement and awareness.

Loyalty Program Development:

  • Design and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine loyalty programs and ensure they align with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs with the company’s digital platforms and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Partnership Management:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s brand values and business goals.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that enhance the brand’s market position.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and maximizing partnership value.

Customer Insights and Analytics:

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of loyalty programs and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify new opportunities for loyalty and partnership initiatives.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development within the team.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for loyalty programs and partnership activities, ensuring cost effective use of resources.
  • Track and report on the financial performance of loyalty and partnership initiatives, adjusting as necessary to meet financial targets.
