- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities & Context
Growth Strategy and Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote loyalty programs and partnerships to existing and potential customers.
- Work closely with the brand management team to ensure all loyalty and partnership initiatives are aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions, to drive engagement and awareness.
Loyalty Program Development:
- Design and implement customer loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to refine loyalty programs and ensure they align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty programs with the company’s digital platforms and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Partnership Management:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align with the company’s brand values and business goals.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that enhance the brand’s market position.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and maximizing partnership value.
Customer Insights and Analytics:
- Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of loyalty programs and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify new opportunities for loyalty and partnership initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development within the team.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for loyalty programs and partnership activities, ensuring cost effective use of resources.
- Track and report on the financial performance of loyalty and partnership initiatives, adjusting as necessary to meet financial targets.
