Responsibilities & Context
Arrow Footwear Limited is a renowned footwear manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality products in a 100% compliance factory. Join our dynamic team as an Executive/Sr. Executive- HR Admin and Compliance!
- Practice HR, Admin and Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law and company internal policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and company objectives.
- Follow-up Attendance, Payroll Management, Leave Management, Compensation benefits by HRIS Software.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling and arrange interviews,
- Maintain employee records includes personal file, leave, daily attendance, Increment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and job separation process etc.
- Facing world-renowned buyer Decathlon audit and prepare the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
- Preparing the factories for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT audit, etc.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Take care Housekeeping properly in all over the premises.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance obligations and ethical standards.
- Worker counseling, motivation & support line management for smooth work process.
- Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
- Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.
- Any other task assigns by the management
