Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
Establish a consistent approach to oversight and performance reporting of largescale projects.
Maintain oversight of live projects and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
Reviewing plans for new stores or remodeling existing stores to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
Ensure resource availability and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, incorporating relevant knowledge into project management processes at Master.
