Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
- Looking for Project Engineer (Civil – Residential/ Commercial/ High rise Apartment Building)
Job Responsibilities:
- Entire quality control/technical supervision of high rise building construction including basement construction.
- Site supervision activities, including monitoring, reporting and verification of work done.
- Contract management.
- Position require prepare and modify construction details, specifications according to site conditions.
- Prepare schedule of daily/ monthly/ yearly work program for timely completion of project.
- Prepare detail estimate, the quantity of materials required for successful completion of project.
- Check requisition for materials needed in phase wise, ensure that the project is no way hampered for scarcity of material.
- Scrutinize the bill submitted by the suppliers, contractors, ensuring the quality/quantity supplied commensurate with the estimated amount.
