Responsibilities & Context
- Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of Plot, Flat and Commercial space.
- Establishing and adjust selling price by monitoring cost, competition, supply and demand.
- Must be aware in real estate law, policy of housing & DAP.
- Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market survey and analysis business activities.
- Supervise, follow up and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.
- Create new customer base for Product sales.
- Maintain good relation with existing client & adopting policy to hunt new one.
- Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
