Additional Requirements

- Experience with Reve Class 5 Softswitch is preferred.
- Experience with overall IPTSP network and Call Flow.
- Experience with TDM circuit and media gateway will be an added advantage.
- Experience with installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Asterisk based PBX, Call Center i.e. Issabel, Elastix, Vicidial, FXS and FSO GW etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- Providing support to retail and corporate subscribers for different IPTSP Products.
- Technical meetings with customers and ability to prepare customized solutions as per customer’s requirements.
- Manage IPTSP infrastructures.
- Coordinating and Corporate communication with ICX and other ANS for Short Code, LTFS.
- Designing and Diagram for IP Telephony Solutions.
- Linux Server Side Hardware Configuration and Implementation, OS Installation, Firewall Implementation of OS & troubleshooting.
- Manage and Configure FXO/FXS Gateway, Elastix/Issabel IP-PBX, ViciDial, Grandstream IP-PBX, Yeastar IP-PBX, FXO/FXS gateway, Legacy system integration etc.
- Daily system monitoring and reporting.
- Official document/report preparation.
- Other departmental work where necessary.
