Additional Requirements

Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.

Will be added advantage if have proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW.

Strong leadership and communication skills, self-motivated with demonstrated problem-solving capability.

Relevant industry experience in project management or construction management·

Advance knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.

As a Implementation & QC Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure the quality is a high standard.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Quality Assurance during project implementation.

Preventive and Corrective maintenance with regular monitoring and inspection.

Knowledge of Solar systems, PV panels, Inverter system, grid tied, grid interactive, power conversion, DC cabling, Net Metering systems etc.

Quality checking of site work and inspect project materials/Components.

Scheduling and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.

Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites comply with OEM (original equipment manufacturer) requirements and warranties
