Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a Sewing Machine Technician who specialized in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of industrial and domestic sewing machines.
- Have to knowledge and experience of Single needle, Double needle, Three head sewing machine, Kansai, Zig-zag, Juki, Brother, Sunstar, Singer, Zoje and other machine repair and troubleshooting.
- Adjusting sewing machine parts.
- Regulating the length and stroke of the needle (Adjustment).
- Setting the timing.Cleaning and oiling regularly.
- Changing spare parts.
- Inspecting shafts and belts and repairing broken transmission belts and motors.
- Checking stitch quality.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and provide solutions.
- Ensuring that sewing machines are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Keeping accurate records of service history, repairs, maintenance and other work as required.
