Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Sewing Machine Technician who specialized in the maintenance, repair, and optimization of industrial and domestic sewing machines.

• Have to knowledge and experience of Single needle, Double needle, Three head sewing machine, Kansai, Zig-zag, Juki, Brother, Sunstar, Singer, Zoje and other machine repair and troubleshooting.
• Adjusting sewing machine parts.
• Regulating the length and stroke of the needle (Adjustment).
• Setting the timing.Cleaning and oiling regularly.
• Changing spare parts.
• Inspecting shafts and belts and repairing broken transmission belts and motors.
• Checking stitch quality.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues and provide solutions.
• Ensuring that sewing machines are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Keeping accurate records of service history, repairs, maintenance and other work as required.
