Responsibilities & Context

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence.
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.·
  • Recording, and maintaining Kitchen expenses Coordinating internal and external events.
  • Update staff daily attendance.
  • Record attendance for late comes.
  • Execute all orders from the CEO.
  • Performing Admin and HR-related work.
  • Attend Customer Meetings with the CEO at the office or outside of the office.
  • Maintaining safety and hygiene standards in the office area.
  • Update the list of interviewed candidates.
  • Send an email and call the candidate for the interview session.
  • Makes a call to the candidates’ referrers.
