Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare Local Export Documentation:
- Prepare and organize all necessary local export documentation.
- Ensure acceptance and monitor payment maturity dates.
- EPB Documentation Preparation:Prepare documents for REX, GSP, SAFTA, and EPB Certificates of Origin (CO).
- Ensure all necessary certificates are issued accurately.
- Chamber CO Preparation:Prepare the Chamber Certificates of Origin (CO).
- Ensure certificates are properly issued.Export Documentation:
- Prepare the export documentation, including EXP.
- Ensure duplicate EXPBill of Lading (BL):Check the Bill of Lading (BL) details for accuracy.
- Collect the original BL as required.
