Key deliverables of the position:

• Management of Link3s internal mail system in conjunction with Microsoft cloud services.
• Deployment of Microsoft on-premises and M365 cloud products for internal and customer use.
• Customer solution for Azure and Microsoft products.
• Manage Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider partnership.

Responsibilities & Context

1. On premises services.

• Managing, maintaining, patching and troubleshooting the Link3 Exchange mail system and Link3 Hybrid mail system.
• Managing the operations relates to Active directory LDAP system.
• Managing and maintaining all IT servers.
• On premises deployment and integration. (Windows Platform)
• Managing Link3s Azure Active Directory system
• Microsoft on premises product presales, project design and deployment
• Daily support relates to mail transport, mailbox onboarding and offboarding from Ex hybrid mail system
• Managing, maintaining, patching and troubleshooting Microsoft on premises SLA customers.

2. Microsoft Azure.

• Deploying and managing Microsoft Azure VPS services.

3. Microsoft 365

• Deploying customers Microsoft 365 portal and services.

4. Customer Training.

• Providing customer training after service deployment both On-premises and cloud.

5. MPN Program.

• Managing MPN portal.
• Managing CSP Subscription for Azure and M365 licenses.

6. CSP Program.

• Managing M365 customer admin account through CSP portal.

7. Presales.

• Understanding the customer need for Microsoft on-premises service and product also design the project.
