Responsibilities & Context

Front Desk & Report Delivery:

  • Greeting: Welcome patients and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Check-In: Assist with patient check-in, including verifying personal information, medical records, and insurance details.
  • Documentation: Collect and manage patient forms, including consent forms and medical history documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update patient records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Resolution: Address patient and visitor concerns or complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Support: Offer support to patients and their families throughout their hospital visit, including coordinating with other departments if necessary.
  • Patients Test Report: Collect test reports from LAB & deliver the report to the right patient.
  • Statements: Generate and send patient statements for any outstanding balances or co-payments not covered by insurance.
  • Payment Processing: Process patient payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Handle refunds and adjustments as needed.
  • Regulations: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and billing guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports and summaries related to billing activities, insurance claims, and patient accounts.

Doctor Attendance Appointment Management:

  • Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure availability.
  • Reminders: Send appointment reminders via phone, email, or text message by the support of the call center.
  • Inquiries: Answer in-person inquiries regarding hospital services, procedures, and general information.
  • Directions: Provide directions to various departments, rooms, and facilities within the hospital.
