• Familiarity with job search engines, job boards, and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
• Ability to post jobs, search for candidates, and use advanced search features on these platforms.
• Skills in managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for promoting job opportunities, career events, and placement success stories.
• Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and monitor posts
• Competence in using data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets to track and report on placement outcomes.
Proficiency in using event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) to organize and coordinate job fairs, networking events, and workshops.
• Understanding of legal and compliance issues related to employment, internships, and equal opportunity regulations.
Skills in using email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) for sending newsletters, job alerts, and event invitations to job seekers and employers.
