Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Grad & Post Grad: CGPA at least 3.00 out of 4.00 from any recognized university (UGC approved).
  • SSC & HSC: Total CGPA of 8.00 with minimum one GPA 4.00

Responsibilities & Context

Snowtex Outerwear Ltd. is one of the leading garment manufacturers in Bangladesh, known for its high-quality outerwear products and a strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve our factory’s operational efficiency, we are seeking some freshers Engineer to ensure the smooth production process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take on a leadership role in managing the production floor, focusing on developing skills to lead the department eventually.
  • Collaborate closely with mentors to gain practical and hands-on knowledge specific to the RMG industry.
  • Be punctual and hardworking, quickly adapting to the work environment while looking for ways to improve processes and conditions.
  • Conduct detailed observations, including production studies, value stream mapping (VSM), and other lean tools, to analyze processes and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead initiatives to integrate automation and digital transformation tools.
  • Implement new tools and methodologies to update and streamline existing procedures, enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
  • Manage and guide teams on the sewing line, production floor, or factory, ensuring that work is done correctly and meets quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
