Additional Requirements

Develop and execute sales and collection strategies to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and tap into new markets within the territory, expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new prospects into loyal customers.
Provide customer service, address customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting and resource allocation within the territory.
Actively promote the company’s steel products, emphasizing quality, performance, and benefits over competitors.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data within the territory.
Identify and develop distribution channels, including dealers, distributors, and retailers, to increase product availability and reach.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key influencers, and stakeholders.
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively to maintain trust and loyalty.
