Responsibilities & Context
- Review and Checking of electrical design and drawings as per the project criteria.
- Read and understand the Tender Notice/ Specification/ Contract (especially the electrical part) and suggest the management accordingly.
- Searching suitable vendor for electrical components, negotiate with them for techno-commercial issues in the greater interest of the project and the company.
- Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Drawing & Design.
- Preparation & Checking of Materials indent, sub-contractors and suppliers etc. bills.
- Vetting the price proposal from vendors and internal purchase indents to get the best rates with utmost quality.
- Work for the proper installation, commissioning and testing of electrical components to the sites as well as look after the building general electrification works.
- Liaison & Correspondences with Concern Department/Authority for smoothly execution of the project.
- Provide Engineering information by answering questions and requests by the Clients & Management.
- Maintain Product, Services and Company reputation by complying with state Regulations.
- Prepare and submit project related report where applicable.
- Any other duties & responsibilities assigned upon you by the Management time to time.
