- Ability to post jobs, search for candidates, and use advanced search features on these platforms.
- Skills in managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for promoting job opportunities, career events, and placement success stories.
- Experience in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and monitor posts
- Competence in using data analysis tools like Excel or Google Sheets to track and report on placement outcomes.
- Proficiency in using event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) to organize and coordinate job fairs, networking events, and workshops.
- Understanding of legal and compliance issues related to employment, internships, and equal opportunity regulations.
